No, Employee Roofing Advantage is an intermediary who negotiates material rates between Suppliers and Labor rates among Contractors (whom could potentially become one of our Construction Affiliates). We do, however, require all of our Construction Affiliates to be licensed, bonded, and insured to specific limits before they can drive the first nail.
