As a licensed General Contractor, I began offering this discount to Nationwide Children’s Hospital Employees in 2016. Since then, I’ve only had to increase the price $0.50 per square foot.

Above is the first half of our Mission Statement. We exist to bring people peace of mind and help them keep more of their hard-earned money, while solving their leaky, worn-out roof problem!

Every season I’d read the latest, new-fangled business philosophy about how to best lead your company , drive sales, and meet customer expectations, until I settled on what I believe are the fundamental attributes of success: Accountability and Playing the Infinite Game.

While I was on the construction side, I was known to say, “There’s a surprise on every project!” After stripping hundreds of roofs, we’ve encountered loose trusses, sunken rafters, rotton decking, raccoon families, bee’s nests – we’ve even put our foot through the ceiling while connecting new bathroom fans.

When things don’t go as planned, we don’t play the victim, point the finger, cover our tracks, or wait to see if the problem fixes itself. We tackle setbacks head-on and do what is necessary to get back on track.

As far as the Infinite Game, I learned the true value of an organization is measured by the desire others have to keep it thriving – not just during the time they are there, but well beyond their own tenure.

In summary, my organization will deliver on its promises. No one at Employee Roofing Advantage says, “That’s not my job.” I’m proud to say, we’ve got the best team, and we all feel responsible for delivering on the Mission each and every day.
